Description: The new winery building is distributed over two levels, with the lower level largely dug into the sloping terrain. The lower level houses the wine cellar with its barrel and bottle storage area. The grapes are delivered and prepared over the inner courtyard, which uses the natural slope of the landscape to its advantage: The wine press located on the lower level can be filled from the ground floor, with the subsequent production steps also being carried out on the lower level. The upper lever houses the tasting room for guests.
