Construction:
1. Construction of three multi-storey residential buildings with a total of 32 residential units in Frankfurt a.M., Europaviertel. The new buildings are constructed in wood hybrid construction, i. Basement and elevator shaft, staircase and floor slabs in reinforced concrete construction, the remaining supporting and non-supporting structure in wood.

2. Addition of one storey each of two multi-family dwellings with a total of 8 residential units as well as the construction of three elevators. The heights are created in wood hybrid construction, i. Lift shaft and staircase in reinforced concrete construction and the rest of the supporting structure in timber construction.
