An exhaust duct is foreseen in the vicinity of the house entranceway. The underground garage is outfitted with mechanical ventilation/aeration. Noise protection: The sound insulation requirements for the walls and ceilings partitioning unrelated areas according to DIN 4109 will be fulfilled unless otherwise delineated.
