On an area of approx. 2,800 sqm, build erlebnisreich wohnen GmbH & Co. KG, 6 houses with an atrium (approx. 250 sqm closed, roofed inner courtyard) and a total of 1,830 sqm living space plus common rooms. Solid wood construction according to KfW standard 55, heating with ground probes and heat pumps and photovoltaic system, common rooms (cafe, kitchen, sauna, music room, fitness room, workshop). Elevator. Barrier-free. Underground parking and bicycle parking with charging stations. Particularly interesting is the approach to integrate the bathrooms in the house as complete modules in the wooden construction.
